BOOTCAMP


On June 2nd, 2018 we shoot again one of our training boot camps in the air in both our Østerbro and Frederiksberg location. Past participants have lost up to 5 kg and up to 17 cm distributed in different locations on the body, they felt fresher, more motivated and full of energy and vitality after just 4 weeks of training in our intense bootcamp. We train four times a week and we offer a varied selection of circuit training, interval training, strength training, core training, elements of crossfit training, reformer workouts, TRX, Pilates and outdoor training. In collaboration with Sofie Bentzen founder of the blog health junkie, we inspire you to small good changes in diet and eating. At Powerhouse our philosophy is that training should be fun to drive results. The spiced with it to be manageable and small lifestyle changes must be easily fit into a busy schedule without too much control to create lasting change.

This is included:

  • 4 weeks of intensive, tough and motivating and varied workout.
  • Exclusive group exercise, 4 x weekly (Min. 3 x weekly on closed team)
  • Check weighing / body analysis
  • Measurement of body fat percentage and measurement cm
  • Joint forum on Facebook to questions and comments
  • Recipes and ideas for healthy and inspiring food (All measurements are at the start and finish)

Before starting we plan your personal goal for joining the bootcamp and we will measure your body fat percentage, weight and be measured in circumference both at start and finish, and if you desire, take a picture. If you follow our training and advice, we guarantee that you will be able to improve your shape, get stronger and you will see and feel a dramatic change in your body. After bootcamp, you will have the option of a 1: 1 session if you want coaching onhow to stick to your new good habits in relation to further training.
